When Solomon died he left 3 children who's mother had already died. First Robert Weaver was their guardian but by then only the boys Charles and Henry were still living. Robert went to Kansas and so his father Hans and Harriet, who was the children's paternal aunt took them. Hans died in 1886 so then John Hall, Susan Weaver's husband became their guardian. Don't know if they actually moved or stayed with Harriet. A woman could not be the guardian as it mostly had to do with the guardianship of their land and property. The boys grew up and seemingly disappeared but searching the land records I found one had gone to Arizona and the other to California. They married and sold their Oregon land and thus the wives names are on the sale documents.
